At FOUR Kids, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure padded mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
